Dayakrishna is a qualified fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 24 years of senior managerial and board-level experience in the finance sector. He specializes in early-stage investing and financial advisory in SMEs. He has in-depth knowledge of both primary and secondary capital markets, and is part of an extensive network of financial veterans and growing professionals across the country. He is currently singularly dedicated to Upsurge Investments and Finance Ltd, in order to grow his vision of a better-resourced and upskilled financial market in India.

CFO
Mayank is a certified chartered accountant and has qualified all three levels of the CFA program. He has nearly 5 years of experience in management consultancy, and specializes in independently handling management consultancy transactions, corporate and indirect taxation, financial markets and equity research and analysis and reconceptualising corporate investment philosophies.
